The day they started with a serene morning assembly where students gathered for a prayer, setting a peaceful and focused tone for the day’s activities.
Following the prayer, students and teachers engaged in a series of yoga asanas (yoga postures). The session was led by a trained yoga instructor who guided the participants through various asanas such as Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), and Shavasana (Corpse Pose). Each asana was demonstrated with an explanation of its physical and mental benefits.
