Hindi Diwas

Language and culture of any country plays an important role in making people-to connect with the other people and helps in making a strong nation. Hindi is a language of love, togetherness and brotherhood. HINDI DIWAS is celebrated on 14 September with great pride and vigor as Hindi was adopted as the official language of our nation, India on September 14, 1949. To pay tribute and to mark the importance of country’s most widely spoken language Bal Bharati Public School,NTPC Kudgi celebrated Hindi Diwas in the second week of September 2022.
Special assembly was held in each class where students were encouraged to recite Gayatri Mantra along with the Hindi prayer. Thought of the day was also explained in the same language and it was followed by a talk on the importance of Hindi language. Teachers informed the children that Hindi is a very rich language and has made major contributions to the field of literature.
Rhyme Recitation is an art of expression of thoughts and understanding towards a language. Rhymes not only develop a child’s speaking skills but also help express his gestures. Keeping the same thought in mind and to inculcate love for Hindi language in our kids, the Rhyme Recitation activity was held in the Nursery wing and Hasya Kavita activity was held by class 8th where children mesmerized everyone by their jubilant and humorous poems. The little learners of class 3 were encouraged to recite one Hindi rhyme of their choice with actions. They enthralled their teachers and friends with their articulation and memory skills while reciting rhymes. It was a pleasure to watch the little ones recite the poems so confidently.
Hindi Quiz conducted by Sai & Ravi for all the classes. Poornima Chikon expressed her views about Hindi Language. And many more programs were performed by the students
Teachers encouraged the students to use Hindi in their daily life without any hesitation and respect their national language. Everyone made their sincere efforts to use Hindi as a medium of conversation for the day.
